Private classes provide individual guidance, hands-on adjustments, and expert advice to help address specific needs and take one’s practice to the next level.

- Suitable for beginners to help learn proper alignment and breathing, as well as for steady practitioners to reach new heights
- Sessions may include seated breathing (pranayama) and meditation instruction, as well as energy healing during rest time
- Types of private yoga:
- Single private session (60 - 120 min)
- Seated breathing and meditation series (three 60 min sessions)
- Private small group session (2 - 6 people)
- Private large group session
